David’s path to real estate is fueled by his lifelong love of cars and craftsmanship. Having worked with a professional race team, the Sarasota Classic Car Museum, and later running his own business restoring classic cars and fabricating, David has built a career around precision, problem-solving, and creativity.

He understands the pride and care that go into building and maintaining a collection, because he’s done it himself.

Now, as a Realtor, David brings that same passion to helping car collectors find the perfect property, not just for living, but for the things in life they're passionate about. Whether it’s a residence with a climate-controlled garage, a home with the electrical capacity and space for lifts and tools, or a commercial property suited for an expanding collection, David knows how to identify and showcase the features that matter most to enthusiasts.

At his core, David is thorough, honest, and client-first. He believes in guiding clients through confident, informed decisions that stand the test of time, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. His goal is simple: to ensure every client finds not just a property, but a home or space that truly fits their lifestyle and passions.

Beyond real estate, David is a second-generation American born to a Russian-Ukrainian family in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since 2012, he has called Lakewood Ranch home, where he enjoys the blend of community, culture, and innovation Sarasota offers. When he’s not working with clients, David enjoys DIY projects, CAD, CFD, exploring new technology, and spending time with family and friends who share his love of learning and creativity.
